Content Creator/Producer:

Honey is looking to fill a position for a Digital Content Creator. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting survivors of sexual assault in their healing and want to contribute to the prevention of sexual violence.

  • Is passionate about spreading awareness on the issue of sexual assault, social policy surrounding rape and sexual violence, and stays current on the issue.

  • Has experience running or contributing to social media platforms, especially Instagram.

  • Has experience in writing or journalism.

  • Takes initiative to explore (and run with!) ideas for creative social media content.

  • Is able to successfully navigate sensitive topics in conversation and writing.

  • Enjoys being part of a team and working collaboratively. 

  • Has experience and/or interest in designing templated graphics for Instagram on Canva.

 

Location: Remote

Time commitment: 5-8 hours per week

Pay: The Honey team is currently volunteer only, and this position is unpaid.

Start date: April 15, 2021

Grant Writer/Financial Development Officer:

Honey is looking to fill a position for a grant writer/financial development officer. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting survivors of sexual assault in their healing and want to contribute to the prevention of sexual violence.

  • Has experience in grant writing, fundraising and/or other nonprofit work.

  • Gets excited about raising awareness of our organization's work, goals, and financial needs.

  • Is a self-starter and confident in outreach work (cold emailing, cold calling, etc.)

  • Is able to successfully navigate sensitive topics in conversation and writing.

  • Enjoys being part of a team and working collaboratively. 

 

Location: Remote

Time commitment: 8-10 hours per month
